Who you are contracting with

Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Checkout shows the item total, discount and delivery charge before payment. Stripe processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments. We do not receive your card number.

If an obvious error makes a price plainly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the order confirmation. We may decline an order and will refund any amount paid if we do.

Products use our dropship fulfilment route. An order may be supplied in more than one parcel and by more than one delivery partner.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

The shipping policy and refunds and returns policy form part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning unfair practices and non-conforming goods under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

Website use

Site content is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy it for another business or use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Liability

Subject to non-excludable law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. See the limited liability page.

Changes and governing law

The version published when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without limiting any non-excludable consumer remedy.
